Terrence has had many varied experiences in the beauty industry since getting his start in Minneapolis, MN working under Aveda's Horst Rechelbacher. For over 20 years Terrence has worked in the industry as a salon owner, an educator with Van Michael Salons, a Premiere Colorist with Bumble and Bumble, and a Scruples Educator and Design Team Member. He has had varied experiences traveling and educating stylists & colorists alike.

For the past nine years, Terrence has been the owner of Eleven/Eleven Salons in Charleston, SC. His work is bold yet blended. His color techniques arequique and truly a work of art. His passion for the industry is always present, from the stage and to hands-on classroom presentations. He has had the opportunity to be a presenter at such shows as IBS, Premier Orlando and others.
